I began my yoga practice at Tru Yoga as a means to get fit and become more in-tune with my body. I’ll admit I was nervous to start as I had visions of twisting my body into impossible positions and holding there for many uncomfortable minutes. My visions couldn’t be farther from the truth. Each class that I have taken and each instructor that I have practiced with have been knowledgeable, gentle and encouraging.
Tru Yoga is a safe, welcoming, peaceful place to begin your yoga practice. I can’t recommend it enough!
Amazing studio with talented instructors!!! The atmosphere is serene and peaceful. They provide a variety of classes of which quite bliss and a breath of fresh air are my favorites.
I will start out by saying, I am new to Yoga. The facility is very calming and welcoming. Valerie has done an amazing job! The sweet girl at the desk, Jaimee, is always there to greet you with a smile. Prices are very reasonable. I have taken 2 classes over the past week. Both teachers were informative and calming. I felt amazing and slept so peaceful after each class. I plan on making yoga a part of my life.
