Menopause can bring with it a myriad of discomfort. From irritability and mood swings, to sadness and depression. From fatigue and insomnia to anxiety and panic. Forgetfulness and difficulty concentrating are on the menu, and let’s not forget about the hot flashes and night sweats!
Yoga therapy offers as many – if not more – tools and techniques as menopause offers up symptoms. Join us to learn techniques to calm when feeling anxious and irritable, and energize when feeling down and out. Other wellness techniques will be incorporated as well to help you manage your menopause mindfully!

Day 1: Calming, grounding practices

Day 2: Energizing, uplifting practices
