Teacher Training programs will be physically, mentally and emotionally demanding. It can also be an intensive commitment of time with some outside classes and assignments. Will it fit into your schedule? What are some aspects that may be difficult for you?

You have read and accepted all terms of the TT Program contained herein and on the attached pages which provide additional TT Program details and information. You also agree to sign a waiver and release with Tru Yoga (where the teacher training program will take place) prior to attending this TT Program.
A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of $250 is included with your initial payment at the time you register. Tuition cancellations received on or before July 31, are subject to a $175 cancellation fee, so if you cancel by July 31, 2017, you will be entitled to a refund of the tuition amount you paid, less the $250 non-refundable deposit and $175 cancellation fee. Notice of cancellation must be received, in writing, to Tru Yoga a firstname.lastname@example.org on or prior to July 31, 2017 to be eligible for a refund of your tuition. There will be no tuition refunds whatsoever after August 1, 2017.
You expressly acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to any refunds if you are unable to attend any or all of the TT Program sessions/classes. Make up sessions, if any, will be determined on a case-by-case basis and shall be subject to additional fees and costs.
You hereby acknowledge and agree that this is a training program and that neither Maha Nirmana, Tru Yoga or any of the instructors for Maha Nirmana are providing any guarantee to you of employment or teaching assignments.
Attendance Requirements and Make-Up Sessions. To graduate and receive a Certificate of Completion, students are required to attend 100% of the in-class training and practice sessions, as scheduled. We understand, however, that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise. Maha Nirmana has developed the following make-up policy: A maximum of 20 hours can be made up with a private session. For every four (4) hours missed, a 1-hour private make-up session may be scheduled at $100/hour, or at a lower rate if others participate in the same make-up session. Hours missed must be made up as close as possible to the weekend or day(s) missed. Carefully review the schedule before signing up and make necessary arrangements if you see any conflicts. If you cannot attend a make-up session, and so long as room is available, you can attend a future Maha Nirmana 200 Hour Training (within one-year from the missed hours), at which time you will be entitled to your Certificate of Completion. If you miss more than 20 hours or do not attend the required amount of make-up sessions, you will not receive a Certificate of Completion and will be required to retake the training (at a 50% discount).
You accept that there are no refunds if you are unable to attend any of the training program sessions or classes, and you agree to the above “Attendance Requirements and Make-Up Sessions.”
