Traveling, whether by plane, train, or automobile, can wreak havoc on everything from your body, to your mind, to your emotional-energetic states. The biggest challenge for a traveler is taking the time to settle back in, open the nooks and crannies that traveling binds, and re-ground your body and mind.
This workshop will show you that there is no need to sacrifice your practice when you’re out of town. Whether you’re traveling without a mat or you don’t have the space to roll one out, you will receive the tools to keep your body open and your mind grounded; so you can get your yoga fix on the go, and by the time you return home, it will feel as though you never left.
You know your body best. This workshop has been split into two days so you can get just what you need.
Day 1: Lower Body
Friday, June 16
6:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Day 1 will introduce postures, stretches, and techniques to get into every nook and cranny from your feet up to your hips; as well as offer breathing techniques for relaxing and a meditation for grounding.

Day 2: Upper Body
Saturday, June 17
1:00 pm – 3:00 pm
Day 2 will introduce postures, stretches, and techniques to get into every nook and cranny from your arms, to your neck and shoulders, all the down your waist and back; as well as breathing techniques to revitalize and a meditation for clarity.
